First thing....warm up.... 900m freestyle....den 800m freestyle kick.den do sprints....start wif 50m freestyle sprint...WOOHOO FINALLY!!! I did 31.7 sec LOLS!!!!!! HAISH FINALLY!!!!! Den do 100m I.M Sprints TWICE!!!!! First timing was 1.28sec....the other was 1.31sec...haish... den 100m freestyle sprint..did 1.18sec...haish....sobs sobs T_T bt at least did a gd time lahs..den aft tt WA!!!!! 40x50m I.M order swim....T_T 50m Butterfly, 50m Backstroke, 50m Breastroke, 50m Freestyle... Do these 4 for 10 times!! ARGHS!!! CAN DIE FRM IT ALRDY!!!!!!!!! Haish finally finish...coach say pack up wah heng heng.....den aft tt......hmms...nw at home lors...Jus nw chat wif joey......nw chatting wif Shirley......go le bye!!!!
